The Cutler-Orosi Family Education Center (FEC) was established April 2004 through the Cutler-Orosi Joint Unified School District with funding from First 5 and the United States Department of Agriculture. 

Cutler-Orosi Family Resource Center (FRC), which is housed at the Family Education Center, houses a variety of family and community centered programs provided by COJUSD and partners, such as:
  • School Readiness
  • Prevention and Early Intervention
  • WIC
  • Domestic Violence prevention classes
  • parenting classes
  • Adult Education
  • Family Services Integration Project
  • Early Children’s Mental Health
  • Drug and Alcohol Counseling
  • Differential Response
  • Family Transitional Support Services
  • Family Literacy 
The Cutler-Orosi FRC has approximately 9,000 square feet of space, including offices, 4 classrooms/conference rooms, and 2 child care rooms – one of which is equipped for infant care.
