The Cutler-Orosi Family Education Center (FEC) was established April 2004 through the Cutler-Orosi Joint Unified School District with funding from First 5 and the United States Department of Agriculture.
Cutler-Orosi Family Resource Center (FRC), which is housed at the Family Education Center, houses a variety of family and community centered programs provided by COJUSD and partners, such as:
Targeted/Intensive Case Management
Parenting classes
Family Literacy
Adult Education (ESL, Citizenship, Digital Literacy)
Domestic Violence prevention classes
Mental Health services
Drug and Alcohol Counseling for adolescents
Assistance with basic needs
Health Navigation
Resource and Referrals
WIC
The Cutler-Orosi FRC has approximately 9,000 square feet of space, including offices, 5 classrooms/conference rooms, and 2 child care rooms – one of which is equipped for infant care.
