Our Educational Social Worker, primary goal is to offer students both individual and group sessions that enhance their social and emotional needs. The objective is to provide students with an improved educational experience while also offering families an additional layer of support to meet their children's social and emotional needs.
Efficiently manages a wide range of administrative tasks, providing support across various office functions such as scheduling, correspondence, and data management. Additionally, she handles REACH applications for walk-in clients, ensuring that each applicant receives personalized and thorough assistance throughout the program enrollment process.

Additionally, co-leads the Healthy Families America program, where she implements the SafeCare and PAT curricula. She works with various programs under the First 5 umbrella, including "My Plate for My Family," "Parenting Wisely," "Safe Care," and "Family Literacy," to ensure children receive the best start in life through comprehensive support and education for their families.
Supports COJUSD students by connecting them to vital mental health services, addressing their basic needs, offering assistance with alcohol and drug services, and engaging with the School Attendance Review Board (SARB). She strives to improve student attendance and overall well-being, ensuring that every student has access to the resources they need for success.
